Testosterone is a hormone produced by the body that contributes to the growth, development, and functioning of the male sexual organs and typical male characteristics.   Testosterone cypionate is a synthetic treatment for the loss of muscle mass, low libido, fatigue, mood changes, sleep disturbances, improves cholesterol numbers, lowers the risk of heart disease and osteoporosis.  It is dosed by injection in the subcutaneous fat (belly, arm, upper buttocks or outer thigh) typically twice weekly.  This is an alternative to pellet therapy or creams for convenience.  Injections just under the skin can be done in the privacy of your own home and are very easy to administer (similar to an insulin injection).   Labs are required before treatment start and periodically after treatment ensues.

Typical total Testosterone levels should be 500-900 for optimal improvement in symptoms.
